The D-A-D site run by Nashua’s Frank Zabierek (21 Spit Brook Road) is hosted on a Voyager Info-systems forum. This company is known for being non-responsive to complaints and allowing the types of sites to be created that Frank has done.. which allow for anonymous attacks and slander without responsibility. Most call it cowardice.

The best response that I get from the voy.com managers takes a number of steps.

1. The complaint form at http://www.voy.com/exchange/contact/tos.html.

Use it often.. fill it out completely without reference to threats. Give them a chance. Once or twice they follow through.

Oh, while you’re at it, keep copies of any correspondence. My lawyer says that they could come in handy later. The laws about anonymous internet postings are changing quickly, and in favor of the victim.

2. Write a letter to the company at the above address, again keeping copies for possible future legal action.

3. Go after their advertisers and affiliate programs.

Once I started writing emails to the contact forms at all the advertisers that work with Voyager Info-Systems (with copies to Voyager), I started getting results.

I soon started getting email from someone named Brandon at mailto:voyfgen1@voy.com, who cleaned up and removed a lot of old postings.

Will any of this help? I don’t know. Some people have issues that just drive them in strange directions. Frank deserves our pity.. His behaviors, and that of Voyager Info-systems in supporting them, are sinful and evil. Both Frank and the Company should be held responsible for their actions.
