This morning’s Lowell Sun has former Superintendent Spencer Mullin’s response to accusations that he provided early professional status to friends prior to his recent retirement.
It is his contention that these three teachers had excellent credentials, and it was “a good faith effort to obtain and retain the services of valued teachers with impeccable credentials.”
