Parker House Grill Closed

I’m told that its closed. A call to the restaurant confirms it.
There website is alive, but they’ve served their last.
This morning, Tim Bomil let us know that Owen & Ollies on Mill Street in Collinsville has offered to honor any gift certificates to the Parker House.
Its sad to see another small business not make it. This is still not the greatest of economies.

It is sorta sad. There are an awful lot of restaurants out there though, so I’m sure competition is fierce.

My wife and I had very good meals there. It was the only place I could find around that would make me a special Ziti without sauce. I like mine with oil and garlic. And they had real turkey dinners. Will miss them.

The food was delicious. We wish Paula the very best in her future. I will miss the meals after the Selectmen meeting, which is usually when I had a chance to eat.
