Annual Gingerbread Competition

DRACUT — The Dracut Rotary Club will hold its sixth annual Gingerbread House Competition from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, at Harmony Hall, Lakeview Avenue.

Judging will be held in three categories: professionals, amateurs (age 13 and older), children up to 12 years (including classrooms) and Dracut Rotarians. Cash prizes will be awarded to the first three finishers in each category. Winners will be notified Saturday evening or Sunday, Dec. 2.

Entries must be edible and will become property of the Rotary Club to be raffled off. Admission, cookie decorating, music, snacks, coffee and cocoa are free, with a visit from Santa Claus from 5-7 p.m. Proceeds benefit the Dracut Food Pantry.
