Town Meeting Warrant available

The Town Clerk has posted the Nov 3 Town Meeting Warrant on the town website.
I notice a couple returns from the spring town meeting, a request to add or increase the fee to tax demands (probably ok, but I hate to add new fees and taxes), the school feasibility study item is there…
But what is missing is the article that Sheehan/Miles put in a few months ago about the school administration hiring previous school committee members.
I understand that the article was pulled prior to the finalizing of the warrant.
With few real items of interest on the warrant, there is concern about reaching a quorum (especially with the presidential election the next day).
