Verizon’s Gleason lawsuit begins

And let it.
This guy is upset that our Board of Selectmen decided that they didn’t want to have him representing Verizon, because he never seemed to have his stuff in order, and responded repeatedly to questions with “thats above my level” or some such.
I got tired of it myself.
This first step in the process was just Dracut’s attempt to have the case thrown out. That failed. Oh well.
Now it can go forward. Might cost a little, but if you look around.. its seems that Verizon has started removing a bunch of double poles.
Are they getting the message that the town will be treated with more respect?
There’s a lot of customers here. If they ever want to try to bring their FIOS network into town (probably not for a while anyways I’m told), they will be having to deal with the same board.
