We offered Mr Martin the chance to come on the air Saturday Morning to discuss the issue of his suspension from Pop Warner this last week, and he gladly came on.
The details got a little rough to understand, but basically he is claiming that there is a personal disagreement between himself and the treasurer and [...]

I don’t think so, but speculation is rampant. That was the highlight of the Lowell Sun political column today.
When Matt Sheehan was running for office, it was clear that people were concerned with previous School Committee members getting jobs within the district.
It was a strong enough item to make it a campaign issue.
When he made [...]

The Capital Planning Committee already plans ahead this way, and the Town Manager does some significant planning (especially in terms of debt) in his annual budget.
Formalizing a long term plan for the [...]

In his discussion this week regarding having to change his paper (the Valley Patriot) at the last minute, Tom Duggan gave us some good compliments during his Saturday Paying Attention show this week (980 WCAP, usually 12:00 to 2:00pm on Saturdays).

Tom Duggan discusses Deeb's article (pulled) [2:36m]:

Again, no cell tower discussion… another good meeting.
And the fact is, it was a good meeting, but we’ll get back to that.
After approving the warrant for the June Town Meeting (which I’ll post here once it becomes available), the board quickly voted to appoint Selectman Bob Cox as the Chairman of the board for the [...]
