Proactive?As Sheehan said during the Town Talk interview, if the relationship between the School Committee and Superintendent Espindle hadn’t been so bad over the last 3 years, perhaps we could have done what Tewksbury has succeeded in doing.. renegotiating away some of the expensive perks.

Its always easier to blame the previous board or the previous administration.. but in the end, you’re responsible for what happens under your watch.  You find a way.
