Dracut’s Birthday party for Lt Col Jim Ogonowski (ret) was held this afternoon at Harmony hall. It seemed very well attended from what I could see. By the time the Jim arrived, the hall was packed.

WCAP sale is finalized »

The sale of Lowell radio station WCAP (980 AM) became final this week, transferring ownership from longtime owner Maurice Cohen’s Northeast Radio Inc. to Merrimack Valley Radio, LLC.
The Federal Communications Commission approved the $2.6 million sale on Tuesday, a little more than six weeks after the application was filed.
