The School Committee announced during their meeting tonite that athletic fees will be reduced for the upcoming school year.
Where last year the fee was $100 per sport, with a $200 cap; the new fee will be $80 per sport with a $160 cap.

Quiet Week in town.. »

Not a lot happening this week.
The School Committee meeting prior to town meeting in itself was fairly quiet. The only significant thing was the request for increasing the price for school lunches.
More importantly though is the continued attendance of a significan audience at the school committee meetings. Well over 40 parents continue to show up [...]
